"Point Hudson was once a wonderful place to paint. Wooden boats would congragate here each Fall for the Wooden Boat Festival. Now all these docks have been rebuilt with slick shinny new ones and, for me, painting of them has ended. (the paved paradise for a parking lot). (The turnstones are probably still here, because they couldn't ruin the rocks.) I guess that makes this painting somewhat historic."
