Humboldt Redwoods State Park
Commissioned by the Humboldt Redwoods Interpretive Association and California State Parks, this mural is part of several Eifert exhibits in the park's visitor center near Weott, California.
This scene along the South Fork of the Eel River shows the redwood ecosystem of this great park, and has long been an important place in my life. It's where I learned to really paint nature, and learned about redwoods. I've probably spent more time in these forests than any other."
